È il 2070. Hajime, rappresentante di classe al secondo anno presso la scuola media Misumaru, conduce una vita tranquilla e ordinaria nella città di Tenmo. Ma un giorno, due eventi stravolgono la sua visione del mondo circostante: l'apparizione di un gigantesco mecha bianco che fronteggia un'apparente invasione aliena, e l'arrivo di Muryou Subaru, uno studente trasferito con una predilezione per le divise scolastiche dei tempi andati, e una straordinaria abilità nel combattimento e nell'uso della telecinesi. Come Hajime presto scoprirà, Muryou non è l'unico alla Misumaru con poteri e responsabilità speciali. Come sarà connesso tutto ciò alla Federazione Galattica aliena e allo strano gigante bianco chiamato Shingu?
