Lupin è sulle tracce di un inestimabile libro contenente le ultime profezie di Nostradamus. Douglas, un miliardario candidato alla presidenza statunitense, vorrebbe impossessarsene a tutti costi, infatti sarebbe disposto a sborsare cinquanta milioni di dollari pur di averlo tra le sue mani. Quando il tesoro è finalmente in suo possesso, inizia a ricevere ricatti e minacce da parte di un'organizzazione che si spaccia per seguace del profeta Nostradamus. La determinata setta, allora, rapisce Giulia, la figlia di Douglas, tenendola in ostaggio. Le profezie, intanto, sono gelosamente custodite dal miliardario nell'ultimo piano di un grattacielo maestoso e imponente. A Lupin, Jigen e Fujiko sarà quindi affidato il compito di salvare la bambina e recuperare il libro di Nostradamus, nonostante l'ostinato ispettore Zenigata voglia a tutti i costi catturare una volta per tutte l'inarrestabile ladro e la sua banda.
